The technical support engineer is responsible for resolving technical issues faced by the clients while using the product. They work closely with the client and other members of bank and stockholder the technical support team to provide timely solutions to the clients.
The candidate possesses knowledge about both software life cycle and deployment life cycle, along with exhibiting exceptional customer handling skills.
