Roles and responsibilities:
– Candidate must have good communication with customer and capable of understanding their issues.
– Configuration of ERP software
– Troubleshooting the issues persisting the infrastructure and the software
– Reporting and managing to the development team
– Candidate should have knowledge in Api and other computer knowledge.
Knowledge in any programming languages like Python, C#, Java
