Years of exp: 1 to 4 years’ experience in temp/contract recruitment.
Non-IT hiring experience preferably in construction domain.
End to end recruitment experience (full lifecycle of recruitment from Sourcing, screening, interviewing till offer rollout)
Experience using ATS (Applicant tracking systems)
Good communication skills with ability to interact well with stakeholders.
