Job Description
* Understand the IT Consulting and Staffing business well
* Developing and maintaining effective business relationships with potential customers.
* Bring in New contracts for Staff Augmentation.
* Manage existing clients and bring in new clients
* Finding the high quality sales prospects to generate new business.
* Increase sales penetration within the region, maximizing sales and revenue; develop and execute cost effective sales strategies to improve regional performance.
* Delivery of sales proposals and presentations to the customers.
* Responsible for sales tracking.
* Evaluate market trends and gather competitive information, identify trends that effect current and future growth of regional sales and profitability.
* Works with inside sales representatives to keep account activities and literature up to date.
* Mentor and teach new and/or upcoming employees
