JOB DESCRIPTION:
· Active Directory (2012 , 2016 Server)
· Good Communication skills (USA client)
· Knowledge of Remote Support (Team Viewer, RDP etc.)
· Knowledge of Ticketing Portal.
· Knowledge of Network Printer, Scanners.
· Knowledge of Distribution list.
· Confident to handle Client in Calls, Mails and Team Chat.
· AAD (Azure Active Directory) Plus Point.
· Knowledge of office 365. Plus Point
· Good Knowledge about Windows 7 ,Windows 10 and Windows 11.
· Knowledge of Computer Hardware.
· Beginner level Troubleshooting experience (Computer Hardware, Software , Printer and Networking devices).
