Ability to work in a team for Sourcing, Recruiting, Pre-Screening candidates for US job market.
Manage the recruiting process including interview coordination, offer negotiation and closing
Searching on job portals like Monster, Dice, Jobs Ahead, etc.
Negotiating & finalizing salary/ rate/hr aspects (W2, 1099, Corp-Corp) with GCs, U.S. Citizens, H1B, EAD, TN permit holders.
Scheduling Interview, status reporting. Submitting consultant directly to the client.
Uploading, Monitoring, and maintaining Job Postings on Job Portals.
Direct reporting to US Recruiters/ US marketing team/ Clients.
Direct interacting with US Vendors.
Required Experience and Skills:
2 – 5 years of experience in Recruitment (Domestic / International)
Good understanding of technology and associated technical skill sets
Excellent verbal & written English, interpersonal communication skills, negotiation skills, understanding of US culture, job rules and regulations, and ethic
