The Team:
The Equities Team possesses a suite of applications designed to facilitate IPO launches and identify suitable investors. This includes a set of workflows that orchestrate the entire process from the launch of a deal to its allocation.
The Impact:
This role offers an experienced software developer the chance to influence the direction of the Equity Bookrunning platform within GMG (Global Markets Group) as we transition to Agile methodologies and cutting-edge technologies. As a software engineer on the Equity team, you’ll cultivate a cohesive team dynamic and utilize your collaborative skills while closely collaborating with internal business partners to improve our flagship product. This position involves modernizing our technology stack, introducing new features, and optimizing our solution in the cloud.
What’s in it for you:
Technically as a .Net Engineer, you will apply existing and emerging technologies to build mission critical solutions. You will be responsible for designing, developing, deploying, and maintaining market leading Equity Bookrunning platform using Microsoft’s .NET Framework and .Net Core. Your strong proficiency with ASP.NET, .Net Core, C#, and SQL programming will be used extensively in this role. In addition to the design and development work, you will be required to take on initiatives and collaborate extensively with stakeholders and within the development team to achieve positive outcomes. You will be working with highly skilled, forward-thinking software professionals who share a common vision of quality, integrity, and efficiency.
