Spectral Consultants Looking for IT Infra – Automation- Manager at Chennai, Tamil Nadu Full Time

1. Identify the areas for digitization & automation. Understanding the business processes, evaluation of available solutions meeting the requirements

and finalization of the same.

2. Own the governance framework for automation processes in IT – onboarding, offboarding, password reset and other queries/requests that might need support.

3. Analyzing and understanding the IT processes and recommend enhancements and getting those implemented

4. Coordination and assistance in enhancements of existing Artificial Intelligence (AI) chatbot and integration of chatbots

5. Roll out of AI bot for other use cases.

6. Work closely with the business teams to understand the scope and get the sign- off.

7. Coordinate with the business stakeholders and agency responsible for designing and building the

automations.

8. Coordination and assistance in enhancements of existing Artificial Intelligence (AI) chatbot and

integration of chatbots

Requirements

● BCA/MBA in computer science/Computer Engineering background.

● Architectural knowledge & working experience of Artificial Intelligence (AI) & Machine Learning (ML)

● Working knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI)/ Machine Learning (ML), Collaboration with key stakeholders, Design Thinking, Mobile/Web Apps, New Technology planning, Project management, planning & execution.

● Knowledge of script based automation.

● Knowledge of digital transformation for the support functions – IT, HR, Legal

● Skills related to data and reporting

● Good communication and presentation skills

● Project management skills

● Sense of urgency and ability to operate in a fast-paced environment

● Should have hands on experience of automation
