We will be recruiting a versatile individual who has experience in both helpdesk support and 2nd and 3rd level technical support. Must be excited about working in a startup environment where multiple hats are worn.
Required skills:
vSphere / vCenter / vSAN
Cisco switch and firewall configuration (NX-OS, ASA, etc.)
General knowledge of x86 rack-mounted server and OOB remote management via IPMI
Common IT software such as Gmail, MDM Administration, etc.
Mac and Windows experience
Automation via scripts and tools are a big plus
Additional Responsibilities:
Accounts Onboarding/Offboarding
HelpDesk requests
Password Resets
Laptop management
Software subscriptions onboarding, licensing
Enable all apps with MFA / Google SSO
Datacenter maintenance
Create IT Ops Jira tickets from various request channels (Email, Slack, etc.)
Experience Requirement
3+ years of experience
Cloud and others certification such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate
In-depth knowledge of IT systems
