Splashjet Ink Private Limited Looking for Technical Support Executive (IT) at Nagpur, Maharashtra Full Time

1) Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and
scanners
2) Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks

3) Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests

4) Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary

5) Basic knowledge on cameras installation and Bio metric configuration

6) Maintain records / logs for repairs and fixes and maintenance schedule

7) Identity computer or network equipment shortages and place orders

8) Develop and maintain local networks in ways that optimize performance

9) Windows/Linux Server support

10) Advanced Desktop Troubleshooting

11) LAN/WAN troubleshooting and diagnosis

12) Manage and monitor Security and Network Devices, Firewall, Routers, Switches, Wireless Devices etc.

13) Configure and install Windows workstations and Server operating systems

14) Replacing hardware (Severs & Desktops) and upgrade

15) Software upgrades (rollout windows and office desktops)

16) Train/Guide end-users on the use and features of the various operating systems and applications on the various platforms

17) Co-ordinate with Vendors for the installation/after sales support / Warranty / Annual maintenance contract, etc.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹10,000.00 – ₹14,000.00 per month
