What You Will Do: As our Technical Support Executive, you will help drive our solution adoption and retention, working cross-functionally by creating Clients (Enterprise/MSSP/MSP), Partners and providing exceptional service and support. This role will help take our message to the market and understand how our security solutions integrate with security and IT ecosystems to strengthen cyber resilience, simplify processes, and enables faster response and continuous business productivity.
Core Responsibilities Include:
Work cross-functionally with Clients (Enterprise/MSSP/MSP) and channel Partners organizations.
Achieve targets with delivery and support.
Function as a subject matter expert on topics relevant to the cybersecurity ecosystem, including various vendor solutions, platforms, integrations, and competitors
Perform other duties as assigned or required.
What We Need from You:
Lead the engagement from Support to Delivery.
5-10 years of sales in IT Security Solutions.
A MUST- Experience in cybersecurity with strong technical knowledge and on SaaS Platforms as mentioned above.
A MUST- Technically very strong including sales and support for:
Email Security (legacy SEG’s – IronPort/Proofpoint/Mimecast/Symantec/ATP/similar)
EDRs and End Point Management Solutions (CrowdStrike/SentinelOne/Trend Micro/ Symantec/Cortex/ManageEngine/iVanti/SCCM/similar)
Worked with an VADs or SIs
Demonstrated ability to create programs that generate leads and support conversion and retention.
Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
Highly efficient, with strong attention to detail and proven ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines.
Experience working closely with direct Clients (Enterprise/MSSP/MSP), channel Partners and our global technology Partners.
Proficient in Microsoft Office: PowerPoint, Excel, Word.
Bachelor’s degree.
