· Sound knowledge of standard internet protocols such as SSH, FTP,SFTP, HTTP, POP, SMTP, IMAP, SNMP etc
· Strong knowledge of diagnostic tools such as trace route, ping, andother cots product for internet monitoring
· Strong knowledge of installation, configuration and troubleshootingof various packages on Linux OS and Microsoft OS
· Monitor and maintain computer systems, Troubleshooting wide areanetworks, servers and routers, local area networks, and switches.
· Excellent understanding and problem solving skills.
Experience of supervising and handling teams of network engineers
· Experience in handling user interactions and problem solving abilities
· Good communication skills
· Experience in customer onboarding and training

Job Type: Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹800,000.00 – ₹900,000.80 per year
