• Troubleshooting of desktop/laptop / Mac support related problems International and domestic clients (OS/Hardware/Software /Server &Networking) by chat, calls and e-mails.
• Installed, Configured, and Troubleshoot various Issues of Server and Networking.
• Configuration and Troubleshooting of Server for DNS, proxy server, VPN, and firewall-related issues.
• Knowledge of Remote Desktop, Server hyper virtualization, Active directory and DHCP.
• Knowledge of networking, switch, and router.
• As support Engineer office 365.ADMINISTRATION.
• Azure cloud, AWS security active directory, user policy.
• Active directory controller.
• Create domain Settings addition group.
• Add. Remove login website.
• Add user and create I’d password.
• As support Engineer office 365.ADMINISTRATION.
• Azure active directory, user policy.
• Active directory controller.
• Create domain Settings addition group.
• Add. Remove login website.
• Add user and create I’d password.
• (Network-related all hardware).
• Installation and Configuration Hardware (Rack server for data center).
• Troubleshooting and a good understanding of problems related to Server network and hardware.
