Job Description:

– Designing and implementing the overall recruiting strategy

– Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications

– Sourcing and attracting qualified candidates.

– Screen candidates resumes and job applications

– Conducting interviews and filtering candidates for open positions

– Collaborate with department managers on a regular basis and proactively identify future hiring needs

– Assess applicants relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes

– On-board new employees in order to become fully integrated.

– Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team

– Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process

– Promote company’s reputation as best place to work.

Requirements:

· Bachelor degree

· Experience in IT Recruitment.

· Excellent Written & Verbal communication skills

· Ability to multitask

· Smart and enthusiastic

Schedule:

· Monday to Friday (Sat & Sun week off)

· Night shift

· US shift
