Job Description:
· Scheduling the candidates for interviews based on the technical panel availability and follow up for the feedback.
· Screening, shortlisting, negotiation and coordinating with the recruitment process.
· Good exposure in full cycle of technical recruitment which involves sourcing, screening and interviewing and placing candidates in contract, contract-to-hire and permanent positions.
· Sourcing the candidates from job portals, employee referrals, and social media and job postings in the portal.
· Responsible to understand and analyse the requirements in different categories.
· Conversant with end to end recruitment process from sourcing to on boarding the candidates.
· Strong understanding and hiring experience on different skill sets.
· Should be responsible in handling the end to end recruiting process and meeting strict deadlines of business units.
· Handling emails, cold calling, arranging interviews, follow-ups etc.
· Aggressive and talented professionals with excellent communication skills.
· Willing to take challenges in the recruitment & closing the resources on time.
Requirements
· Bachelor degree
· Experience in IT Recruitment.
