Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Human Resources Manager. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for implementing and managing HR policies, programs, and procedures, overseeing recruitment efforts, leading employee development and training initiatives, and managing performance and compensation programs. The Human Resources Manager will also be responsible for providing guidance to managers on HR issues and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge of HR policies, programs, and procedures
Experience in recruitment and onboarding processes
Experience in employee development and training initiatives
Experience managing performance and compensation programs
Ability to provide guidance to managers on HR issues
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and remotely
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
HR Certification (e.g. SHRM-CP, PHR, etc.) is a plus
