SAP HCM/SF APL(Lead) 8+ Years Overview:
The SAP Associate Practice Lead will lead the functional area for implementations, support and enhancements through best-practice project scoping and delivery to ensure overall project success in implementing the SAP functionality.
Responsibilities:
Experienece in Variant Confguration
Handle Minimum 2 SAP implementation projects as a solution Lead for the respective practice.
Directly supervise 10+ consultants/Associate consultants/trainees on a daily basis and track their respective project progress.
Reports to Practice lead on weekly basis for ongoing projects.
Following aspects of the project are to be governed.
Effort utilization and loading
Schedule
Cost
Quality of deliverables
Daily scrum calls.
Conducting daily calls with the team and BPO to monitor the project activities and progress.
Conduct solution walk-throughs, FTS workshop and UAT sessions etc., with the client for the implementation projects.
Milestone governance and adherence
Collaborating and developing client relationships, to develop new opportunities with clients, and identify engagement follow-on.
Maintain cost, schedule, GM of the project for their respective practice as agreed in delivery mandate.
To work with Presales team for providing solutions to the bidding projects
Ability to travel onsite whenever required for the project.
Ability to manage expectations with the project team and client.
Ability to guide & mentor the respective module consultants on managing the solution and design.
Conduct appraisals for team members.
Manage attrition.
Identify training needs of the team and develop promotable resources from within the team.
Participate in organizational initiatives such as recruitment drives, training programs etc.
Requirements:
Multi modules experience and solution architecture knowledge are preferable.
7+ years of SAP Functional Experience in respective functional module
At least 2 End to End implementation experience, S4 Hana experience is preferable.
Excellent interpersonal skills, with proven experience and thought leadership.
Education and Soft skill Expertise:
University degree in computer science, comparable education, or work experience.
