The Role Responsibilities

Processes

• Understand the requirements of Infrastructure vulnerability Management, Policy Compliance and Web application scanning service and gather product requirements.
• Have regular connect with Vendor support team and ensure that the support cases are closed with in SLA period or earlier.
• Highlight the business requirement to vendor and ensure that the Feature requests raised by operations team are addressed appropriately.
• Act as a focal point of contact for internal teams and provide expert advice to resolve the issues raised by Operations team before raising support case with vendor.
• Undertake the responsibility of align and maintaining the device configurations & process related to VM solution is in line with Bank&rsquos policy & standards.
• Manage the Vulnerability Management service product portfolio and participate in new product identification (inclusive POCs), implement enhancements and optimization opportunities with existing products.
• Provisioning & deprovisioning of user access as per the User Access Management process.
• Work with Production support team and maintain high availability of scanner by troubleshooting scanner issues.
• Perform deployment of scanner appliance by identifying appropriate location (based on past results / requests) for a better efficiency and quality of results.
• Document the processes and procedures related to Product Management of VM solution and make amendments, if any.
