Role Responsibilities

Strategy
Align to the CCIB strategy defined by the bank and also align to the Global implementation strategy
Business
Sales Support

• Collaborate with Sales/Products/Channels and Operations team during Pitching/Solution designing.
• Review/Analyze requirement from client and provide feedback to sales
• Collaborate with sales team during Pre-sales meeting/ RFI/RFP and technical solutioning.

Client Implementation

• Single point of contact for client during entire life cycle of Complex implementation.
• Understand & Capture Client requirements and map them with Banks capabilities.
• Work to provide best suitable solution that meets client&rsquos requirements (Technical and functional.)
• Project Manage End to End implementation starting from Requirement gathering to the Go-live as per the bank defined process and governance framework.
• Provide necessary trainings to various work streams at client end.
• Conduct Post implementation review with client for all complex implementation along with Relationship team and obtain feedback. Target maximum Net promoter score and Implementation ratings.
• Actively accelerate deals under implementation, address / remove blockages, proactive discipline and management of SCB and client&rsquos deadlines, propose alternative solutions where necessary to accelerate implementations.
• Work as a second level support for all the technical issues and help service teams.
• Participate in product commercialization and provide client feedback to channels and product development team for changes/enhancement.
• Achieve all the client&rsquos expected benefits and work to improve time to first dollar for the bank.
• Provide handover to service teams for managing clients BAU requirements.
• During the implementation phase identify potential cross sell opportunity and recommend process improvements related to the implementation of client solutions where appropriate

Channels Development and Commercialization

• Provide Client Feedback to the Product/Channels team.
• Review and provide feedback on the new Enhancements / Project documentations e.g. Business requirement document / Functional document etc.
• Support new functionality Testing and of new product/channels.

Processes

• Follow the standard group process defined for the implementation.

People and Talent

• Collaborate with Cash Implementation, Product, Operation & Channel team to deliver organizational objective
• Lead by Example and established and display very strong leadership quality
• Focus on the Self learning and development

Risk Management

• Proactively identifies risk and raise to respective stakeholders with mitigation plans and/or corrective actions.
• Maintain & manage group approved deferral/ dispensation process for client on-boarding and off-boarding.
• Identifies and raise non-compliance (if any) to Operational risk managers / Line Manager (UORM)
• Ensures compliance to KCSA and CST checks as defined by the Group Implementation team
• Ensures all the processes defined in the DOI or as a part of governance model is followed

Our Ideal Candidate

• Graduate /Post- graduate from reputed Institute.

• Experience in Transaction banking products (Cash/Trade), practice and procedures including on-line banking.
• Aware of the TB products in Collection and Payments domain including SWIFT, API Banking, UPI, NACH, RTGS/NEFT/DD, IMPS, PAYROLL, Virtual accounts, India TAX, Fintech collaboration
• Hands on experience in channel integration Host to Host, SWIFT, SAP-XI etc.
• Understanding of various file formats – BANSTA, FINSTA, MULTICASH, BIA2, ISO, XML, etc.
• Ability to work as a team and should be able to take Collaborative approach in designing unique client solution
• Adequate knowledge of client Documentations and negotiation
• Adequate understanding of the various computer systems within the Bank and the applications of technology in business.
