The Role Responsibilities
[To manage Global Operational support of SCB Worldwide Network & Security Infrastructure]
Strategy
Lead Incident bridge that involve complex multi-component, multi-platform issues with different support teams like OS Platforms, Middleware, DB and Apps support
Business
Experience in managing tools implementation to deploy advanced monitoring of complex health/performance parameters, alerting of issues & build executive Dashboards
Processes
Lead and drive excellence in incident/problem/change management for SCB global network infrastructure
People and Talent
Fundamental skills of Task prioritization, Time management, Customer focus, Excellent Oral & Written communication
Risk Management
Ensure root cause analysis and trend reporting is carried out in a way that meets business and technology requirements for production impacting issues
Governance
Implement project methodologies, process and tools to execute BAU projects
Regulatory & Business Conduct
Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group’s Values and Code of Conduct.
Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank. This includes understanding and ensuring compliance with, in letter and spirit, all applicable laws, regulations, guidelines and the Group Code of Conduct.
Lead to achieve the outcomes set out in the Bank’s Conduct Principles
Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters.
Exercise authorities delegated by the Board of Directors and act in accordance with Articles of Association
Key Stakeholders
Regional and Global Network Teams, Security Teams, Wider technology teams, Application/Business Support, External Service Providers.
Other Responsibilities
Lead Automation efforts by driving scripting of tasks for better infrastructure stability and enhanced reporting.
Our Ideal Candidate
Industry certifications – CCIE preferred, Juniper (Preferred) & CCNP Equivalent is a must.
