Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Extensive experience (5+ years) in implementing, configuring, and managing Ivanti Patch Management solutions.
Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, VBScript) for automation and customization of patch management processes.
Strong understanding of IT infrastructure components, including servers, endpoints, networks, and security principles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
Relevant certifications such as Ivanti Certified Engineer (ICE), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), or equivalent are highly desirable.
Proven track record of successfully delivering patch management projects on time and within budget.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to client satisfaction and quality service delivery.
Additional Information:

Travel may be required to client sites for project meetings, workshops, and implementations.
