Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager with 3-4 years of relevant experience, preferably in an IT firm, to join our team. As an HR Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing all aspects of human resources within our organization. You will be responsible for recruiting and onboarding new talent, developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the company’s goals and culture.
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and making job offers.
Onboard new employees and facilitate their integration into the company.
Coordinate and conduct employee performance evaluations and provide guidance on career development.
Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and employee grievances.
Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations.
Administer employee benefits programs and handle related inquiries and issues.
Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
Develop and conduct training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR management.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
3-4 years of experience in HR management, preferably in an IT firm or related industry.
In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
Strong understanding of the IT industry and its unique HR requirements.
Experience in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
Familiarity with HRIS systems and proficiency in MS Office.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
Proven ability to build relationships and work effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
