Job Responsibilities :
This role requires person to provide technical assistance to Stellar customers across the globe on Stellar software products.
Handle Technical Support queries received through any channel (Web, Voice, Chat and Email) from customers mainly based out of US & Europe.
It is a blended process voice, chat and through web and agents are require to provide resolution through these medium.
To get positive reviews from customers.
Maintain minimum benchmark specified by Quality Department.
Be able to achieve sales target for cross-selling / up-selling software products to existing customer.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Any Graduate. Degree / Diploma in Computers or in Hardware Networking preferred.
Excellent English communication skills verbal & written
Should have experience in International process.
Should have Laptop or PC and Broadband connection with good speed.
Flexibility to work in shifts
