Fragomen IT Services (Application Support) group is seeking a passionate IT Services Engineer. The

desired candidate is required to work with the Corporate IT Team and stakeholders on configurations

and Issue resolutions for internal ticketing tool. As an individual contributor, the selected candidate

contributes to the project team by delivering his/her work within the prescribed timeframe with the

highest degree of accuracy, thoroughness, and efficiency. The selected candidate will work

collaboratively with the project team members in an unstructured, ambiguous environment.

Job Location : Kochi

Work Experience: 1-2 years of overall industry experience with ticketing workflow

Skills required:

• ITIL v3 /v4 Foundation level certification
• Demonstrated experience through all phases of the ticketing life cycle.
• Strong track record on customer satisfaction and follow ups.
• Experience in Monitoring ticket queue, Report generation and documentation.
• A degree in computer science, engineering or a related field.

Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing

skills.

• Comfortable researching client inquiries and emerging issues, including regulations, industry

practices, and new technologies.

• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
• A high level of motivation, strong work ethic and self-starting attitude.
• A working knowledge of current business processes and the ability to understand new

business processes.

• A self-starter who delivers high quality work and can adapt to new challenges, either on their

own or as part of a team.
