What you will do
We are looking for an experienced Production Planning and Quality Management Architect and Implementation Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing and supporting complex IT solutions, specifically related to SAP ECC 6.0 and S4/HANA implementation. The ideal candidate will have a strong functional background, as well as experience in stakeholder management, requirement gathering, and training.
Conduct fit gap analysis to identify the gap between business requirements and the ERP system’s functionalities for a new roll out
Lead requirement gathering workshops with business users and stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements
Develop Functional design, Configuration design, and Business Process documents for RICEF objects in collaboration with business and IT stakeholders
Prepare and Execute Classroom Pilot Sessions to validate the design and get feedback from end-users
Prepare and Execute Test Cases/Scenarios to ensure system quality and readiness
Provide Key User trainings to ensure the business user community is trained and capable of using the system effectively
Follow ETL methodology for data migration from legacy systems to the new system
Provide support to business during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and hyper care to address any issues and ensure successful system adoption
Prepare Cutover Plan and execute the activities to ensure a seamless transition to the new system.
Strong technical knowledge with ability to perform code review.
What You Need:
Bachelor’s degree in the areas of Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or equivalent field of study required.
Qualifications & Experience:
Over 15 years of experience in SAP Functional domains with expertise in SAP PP and QM modules
Knowledge of SAP modules like MM, SD and PM is a plus.
Strong expertise in integrations with Apriso MES System including Master Data and Production/Quality modules
Proven experience in Data Migration for data objects such as Material Master, BOM, Routing, Quality Data
Proficient in requirement gathering and fit gap analysis for SAP implementation
Hands-on experience on SPRO configurations relating to PP, QM and MM
Expertise and understanding of incoming, in-process, and finished goods inspections including AQL and CPQ
Knowledgeable in sample size recalculation and inspection points
Strong expertise in Discrete Manufacturing (Make to Stock, Make to Order) process
Excellent communication skills and ability to maintain strong relationships within the program team
Experience of working on large-scale SAP implementation process
Good knowledge of SLDC and SAP Data Migration Methodology
Strong customer management skills in general, with an ability to manage scope without negatively impacting the customer
Demonstrated track record of successful delivery at the individual and team levels
Ability to explain complex technical concepts to a non-technical audience
Aligned with program goals and principles
