TECHNICAL SUPPORT ENGINEER

LOCATION: OMAN

MEDICAL EXPENSES WILL BE PROVIDED

• Act as the initial point of contact for all computer and system related concerns for employees

• Installing software’s and necessary applications in Office system as per the job requirement

• Maintain an inventory of all office system’s

• Resolve technical issues related to network interruptions

• Actively update, maintain and monitor all aspects of computer networks

• Identifying hardware and software solutions.

• Troubleshooting technical issues.

• Helping developer team with marketing setup

• Should be well versed with new software, and technology.

• Managing multiple cases at one time.

• Should have basic knowledge of Word, excel.
• Will be responsible for responding back to feedback/ Emails/ Queries received by Users on Website and Google play.

• Skills and Qualities of a Technical Support

• Prior experience in tech support, desktop support, or a similar role.

• Proficiency in Windows/Mac OS.

• Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
