We are hiring for our already strong team at Sri Venkateswara Institute of Cancer Care & Advanced Research (Of TATA Trusts), Tirupati:

IT Application:

Key Responsibilities:

• Candidate must have work experience in the Hospital Industry on IT Application & Implementation
• Ensure timely updates and maintenance of HMIS, applications, pathology, radiology, other departments & radio therapy equipment
• Monitoring the roll-out of new software applications, training & security access to ensure there are no problems.
• Technical support & problem resolution related to business application software systems
• Troubleshooting & resolving any problems with business application/ information software
• Work as a brand ambassador for computerization, digitalization & have the ability to communicate technical information to a non-technical audience.
• Responsible for the successful running, integration of various IT Assets & Applications at the hospital as well as any automated business systems.
• Ensuring all existing applications are working to full capacity & are enabling hospital operations.
• Ensuring all users are trained & well aware of the application and software usage
• Ensuring that application/ software user rights are issued and closed correctly
• Ensure that the vendor partners are correctly upgrading the software & full control of the data, rights as well as governance rests with the hospital
• Work closely with decision makers in other departments to identify, recommend required changes to the application to be a productive one in all aspect
• Help in creation of a comprehensive & user friendly dash board for key stakeholders.
• Experience preparing workflow analyses; doing Root Cause Analysis as well as ensuring the bugs/ errors are resolved
• Working closely with vendor partners to understand their software & guide them correctly in ensuring the product has the requirements required by the hospital for efficient working
• Suggesting procurement of software applications that will contribute to the efficiency or the hospital operations
• To facilitate and liaise with concerned team and cross functional IT infra support on local server provider, Network & communications, websites etc.
• Graduate in Computer Science OR Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Science
