WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
As a Support Specialist, you will become a member of the Helpdesk/Supervision team and be responsible for handling helpdesk shifts. Syncron is a company that changes constantly so we are looking for a self-driven, ambitious, positive spirit to join a great team. You will work closely with other teams to ensure that we deliver the best productivity experience possible to our customers around the world.
Your daily tasks:
Handle helpdesk responsibilities.
Identify issues and create tickets with the proper urgency.
Serve as the first contact with customers who need technical assistance via email or phone.
Redirect unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel.
Provide quick resolution and excellent customer service
Handling helpdesk shifts in different time zones: Indian, European, US and Japanese. (In Particular complete US shifts )
What we expect from you:
Availability to work in shifts model for various time zones , main requirement is for US shift.
Readiness to get to know new technologies and learn the Aftermarket Sector (with our full support!).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Customer-oriented and patient
Detail oriented
Previous working experience as an IT helpdesk Technician.
Fluency in English (both verbal and written).
Nice to have: IT or logistics related education.
Nice to have: Spanish, French or German skills (intermediate or fluent).
