Job Description: Help Desk / Remote Only
Tier 1: Support Engineer
The Tier 1 Help Desk Support Engineer filters helpdesk calls and provides basic support and troubleshooting based on well defined KB/SOPs, such as password resets, printer configurations, break/fix instructions, software installations, and is also responsible for ticket routing and escalation to Tier 2 and Tier 3 support. Responsible for classification and prioritization of tickets and escalate to appropriate support queues or call for outside vendor maintenance (or dispatch), as needed. Backup Failure Reports. A Tier 1 engineer gathers, documents and analyzes information about the reported issue and determines the best way to resolve their problem. Tier 1 may also provide support for identified Tier 2 and Tier 3 issues where configuration solutions have already been documented.
Communication: Effective communication skills; verbal, non-verbal and written; and ability to communication on all levels of the organization. Excellent interpersonal skills in areas such as teamwork, facilitation and able to work independently or as part of a team.
Deadlines: Works under pressure and is able to manage competing priorities, and meets or exceeds expectations in following predefined processes
Work Tracking: Stringently follow processes for work tracking in assigned tasks and follow ups, and issue resolution to closure.
Minimum Professional Experience: 3 years
Minimum Relevant Experience: 2 year
Minimum Education Qualifications: BCA, B.S – Computer Science
Technical Skills Required: Ticket Management – 2 years, Phone support (English US) – 1 year,
Troubleshooting over the phone – 1 year, Following SOPs – 2 years End User systems trouble- shooting & ITIL Ticket Management
Technical Skills Preferred: Window 10 Pro, MacOS, SSO, MFA.

Pay: Up to ₹75,000.00 per month
