Systech Services Private Limited Looking for Laptop / Desktop Support Engineer ( Freshers) at Bengaluru, Karnataka Full Time

Desired Profile:

· Hardware/Software level of servicing, replacements / up gradation of parts, spares, accessories etc. of machines (Laptops and Desktops).

· Replacing Lenovo Laptop spare parts would be an added advantage.

· Maintain proper service logs to facilitate easy retrieval of service history and to facilitate better machine management, more accurate spares forecast/stocking.

· Provide excellent customer service and timely service delivery, so as to exceed customer expectations. Establish and build positive relationships with all major customers, with a view to ensure loyalty and repeat business.

· Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities including good time management skills, proper listening and communicating skills with attention to details.

· Knowledge in Networking, Printers & Wireless Routers.

· Job involves Field work.

· Driving License & Two wheeler is mandatory.

· Technical knowledge.

Education :

Diploma/ ITI/ Graduates/BTech/BE

Computer hardware/networking certification training attended would be an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹163,340.00 – ₹250,000.00 per year
