B.E/ B.Tech/ MCA with minimum 60% marks
Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written) with a Customer-centric approach.
Good understanding of MS Office, Operating systems, Desktop and networking.
Good understanding of application installations.
Good problem-solving skills, ability to visualize a problem or situation and think abstractly to solve it.
Open to work for rotational shifts in 24/7 environment
Techno savvy & adaptability to learn new tools & Technology.
Experience dealing with international clients or customers.
Good to have 0-1 years of experience in IT Service Desk – Helpdesk. This will be a plus.
Good to have understanding of Desktop Support / Technical Support / Remote Support Services
Knowledge of IT support projects, change management, and Event and request management is plus
Have completed any sort of training/courses in the IT Infrastructure domain.
