Roles and Responsibilities include:
Own program delivery and coordinate to create the best in class learning experience of the enrolments.
Organising and making schedules of multiple cohort-based mentorship programs for participants.
Maintaining records for every participant and moderation of speaker sessions.
Keeping a check on participants performance, various program trackers and managing discussions. Ensuring task checking and giving constructive feedback to the participants.
Ideation for program quality improvement and coordinating with Core team.
Addressing participants queries on time and working to enhance their learning experience.
Reach out to quality speakers for sessions.
Actively working to maintain and brainstorm strategies to boost participation rate.
Driving enrollments for these programs by working closely with marketing and sales teams.
Adaptable/flexible and able to handle multiple tasks in a high paced environment.
Coordinate work diligently to ensure a high rate of customer satisfaction.
Excellent oral and written communication skills, customer service, presentation and interpersonal skills.
Resourceful problem solver with strong leadership ability & a sense of ownership.
Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace Suite.
Working Knowledge of LMS and other relevant software.
