Job Location: Trivandrum. Kerala.
Required: Candidates from Kerala.

Experience in working on Naukri/ LinkedIn/ Monster / Indeed portals is a must-have or other portals are a plus.
Experience in end to end recruitment for the IT sector – iOS/ Android/ ReactJS / NodeJS/ MERN/ MEAN etc is a plus.
HR Strategy Making and Management PMS, Increment & Promotions Compliance
Management Policies making and implementation of KRA/KPI across the organization.
HRMS Implementation
Working knowledge of the computer – Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and the Internet
Excellent communication skills, flexibility and willing to learn, proactive and positive attitude

Qualification:
BSc in Human Resources Management, IT or relevant degree
Proven work experience as a Technical Recruiter or Recruiter
Hands-on experience with various interview formats (e.g. phone, Skype and structured)
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search)
