We are looking for Placement Specialist with 1+ years of sales experience in IT Bench Sales, BPO and/or Tech Consulting to fill an immediate Inside Sales role. This position is a corporate position with high growth potential. This position entails placing our technical consultants on various IT projects throughout the UK region. You will be provided with comprehensive on-the-job training.

US Based Work Hours 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST

Key Requirements

• Must have a strong background in sales, preferably in Tech Bench Sales!
• Sales must be in your DNA
• Must be an extremely proactive person who takes pride in their work
• Must be reliable and commit to working a regular work schedule
• Must be an extrovert and have a charismatic personality
• Ability to relate to all types of people and understand their core-needs
• Must be computer literate and know how to use MS Office and corporate email
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills

Key Responsibilities

• Strong understanding of consultant’s skill sets and how they fit vendor project needs
• Make at least 80-100 calls to various companies regarding their staffing needs
• Experienced leading a sales team
• Achieve and reach the desired goals given by the company per day, week and month
• Ensure that there is a proper flow of communication between respective departments
• Ensure that each account given is up to date and accurate
• Ability to arrive to work promptly and do whatever it takes to get the job done

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹9,481.50 – ₹42,219.00 per month
