Ideal incumbent will have at least 3 year to 5 years of multi facet experience of working on Mid / Senior level / Leadership level roles including Project Managers, Technical / Solution Architects, Senior Project Managers, Senior Technical Architects, High End Product Engineering roles, Directors, AVP, VP, Niche skills etc.
The incumbent should have excellent candidate management / engagement / relationship management skills from sourcing of CV till the joining phase
Excellent logical and analytical skills are a must have for the role in order to understand the job descriptions and finding the best fit candidate
Good market knowledge
The candidate should have good / exemplary / superior communication skills
Ability to work in tight deadlines
Sourcing candidates using Job portals, social media etc.
Assessing the candidates as per the job mandate
Lining up of candidates for Interview
Follow up on the interview status and managing candidate pipeline
Managing the online job postings, social media presence etc.
Mentoring and supervising junior team members
Managing Client Delivery
Qualifications: BE / BTECH / MCA / MBA or any Graduate with relevant experience
