Supporting customers contacting for technical assistance with network through LAN, WIFI, Mobile, Televison, Routers and Computers • Diagnose and troubleshoot various complex technical issues, using the available knowledge articles and framework abiding by the clients policies and procedures. • Track unresolved issues through to resolution, within agreed time limits • Properly escalate and follow up unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams. • Ensure all issues are properly logged. Prioritize and manage several open issues at one time. • The ability to think logically. Strong customer focus. • Respond quickly to customer requests/needs to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Maintain individual performance towards client KPI’s.
Roles and Responsibilities •
Role : Technical Support Executive/Technical Support engineer • Resolving the queries of the customers via chat and e-mail • Should know how to handle the customers and resolve there issues • Customer focused • Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload • Ability to adapt to continuously changing procedures and environment • Team player with strong interpersonal skills
