Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Data and Reporting Analyst with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in working with data, creating insightful reports, and providing valuable business insights. The ideal candidate should have a strong analytical mindset, proficiency in data visualization tools, and the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Data Analysis:

• Conduct in-depth analysis of large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data requirements and understand business objectives.

1. Reporting and Visualization:

• Design and develop comprehensive reports and dashboards using data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
• Present complex data findings in a clear and understandable manner to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

1. Data Cleansing and Transformation:

• Cleanse and preprocess data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and reliability.
• Transform raw data into meaningful and actionable insights.

1. Performance Metrics:

• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and report on the performance of business processes.
• Provide regular updates on performance metrics to support decision-making.

1. Ad Hoc Analysis:

• Conduct ad hoc analyses as needed to address specific business questions or challenges.
• Respond to data-related inquiries from various teams within the organization.

1. Collaboration:

• Work closely with IT, business analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and alignment with business needs.
• Collaborate with business units to understand reporting requirements and deliver effective solutions.

Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a data and reporting analyst role.
• Proven track record of creating meaningful reports and dashboards that drive business decisions.
• Experience working with diverse datasets and understanding business processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as Data Science, Statistics, or Business Analytics.
