Multilingual Support Specialist
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Multilingual Support Specialist with excellent communication skills in French. The candidate will be responsible for providing Level-2 support and service desk operations. They should be able to handle team responsibilities, meet deadlines, and solve complex problems with creative solutions. The ideal candidate should have 3 to 5 years of experience in Service Desk operations, demonstrate the ability to deliver high-quality work, and be capable of learning new concepts quickly.
