Key Responsibilities:
· Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical staffing requirements, including job descriptions, qualifications, and skills required for various technical roles.
· Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates, including job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and industry events.
· Review and screen resumes and applications to identify potential candidates, ensuring alignment with job requirements and desired skills.
· Conduct phone screens and interviews to assess candidates’ technical skills, experience, and cultural fit with the organization.
· Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and technical teams, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
· Conduct reference checks and background verification processes to validate candidates’ qualifications and employment history.
· Keep candidates informed throughout the hiring process, providing timely feedback and updates on their application status.
· Extend job offers to selected candidates, negotiate salary and benefits packages, and facilitate the onboarding process.
· Build and maintain a network of potential candidates and industry professionals to proactively source qualified candidates for future hiring needs.
· Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in technical recruitment, identifying opportunities for process improvement and implementing changes as needed.
Qualifications and Requirements:
2+ years of working experience
· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
· Proven work experience as a Technical Recruiter or in a similar role, preferably in the technology industry.
· Solid understanding of technical roles, skills, and qualifications, including software development, engineering, data science, and other related fields.
· Familiarity with various sourcing techniques, including social media recruiting, job boards, and professional networks.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and external partners.
· Strong interviewing and assessment skills to evaluate candidates’ technical expertise and cultural fit.
· Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
· Ability to handle multiple recruitment processes simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
· Knowledge of employment laws and regulations related to recruitment and selection.

Salary: ₹400,000.00 – ₹600,000.00 per year
