So, what does a Project Lead in our Trust & Safety team really do? Think of yourself as a project manager whose mission it is to implement well cohesive programs for our Content Security business from the ground up working with various internal teams like sales, shared-services, marketing teams and operations to execute these projects. In addition to this, you will retain a deep working knowledge of online trust & safety, content moderation, or scaled policy enforcement.
You will build the program responsible for connecting Content Security offerings and services with existing and potential clients. You’ll do this by developing a deep understanding of our customers, our industry and our total addressable market, as well as competitors, trends, and technologies. In addition to curating and sharing these insights across the company, you will leverage this knowledge to manage cross functional projects across teams.
Core Responsibilities
Play a pivotal role in cross-functional projects that require collaboration and partnership with TaskUs service lines , geographical units and technical subject matter experts (SMEs) within Trust & Safety departments.
Creating solution summary and orals decks – Create compelling solution presentations by bringing together best possible combination of core solution, right digital transformation levers (RPA/IPA, Analytics and other innovative functional tech solutions across the Center of Excellences (CoEs) and best of breed partner offerings
Supporting sales & practice leaders in creating customer facing collaterals/capability pitches, secondary research, strategy & industry POVs
Clearly and timely communicate findings, determinations, and recommendations to compliance management and business partners, both at periodic intervals and as needed regarding escalated or high risk compliance issues.
Owns weekly/monthly reports and metrics.
Performs deep dive analysis/research on data/information/literature on areas assigned for building effective client proposals specific to Trust & Safety teams
Works closely with T&S solutions, sales enablement & marketing teams to drive projects to closure.
Ensure all records of document status, outstanding change controls, document reviews, and document approvals are meticulously maintained.
Knows when to ask for help, drives accountability for results.
Requirements:
Definitely someone with at least 3+ years of experience in project management, and at least 1-year of experience in operations and/or account management roles working directly with Client Points-of-Contact. Experience in the BPO sphere with a management degree from a premier business institute, any international project management experience, is a plus!
We’re also looking for someone with excellent written and oral communication skills.
Has both strong problem-solving skills and excellent attention to detail, with a commitment to both accuracy and quality in driving projects at larger scale.
Experience in optimizing processes and increasing efficiency.
Preferably, someone who has a good understanding of project management tools & information systems
Someone interested in how new technologies and businesses are changing the face of work.
