So, do you have what it takes to become a IT Application Analyst? Requirements: So, what is it we’re looking for? Well since this is an analyst role, we need someone who has a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, an MBA or MS degree is a plus! We also need someone who’s analytical and has problem-solving skills. Someone who has the ability to work effectively across internal functional areas in ambiguous situations. We also need someone who’s a structured thinker and effective communicator. We also need someone who has knowledge of Human Capital Management solutions. Has 3 to 5 years of broad information technology experience. Has knowledge in Workday or other HCM plus experience in supporting HCM modules in a multinational environment.
