Roles and Responsibilities:
Leading the recruitment function PAN India for Lateral Hiring ( IT, WFM and Corporate BUs
Managing teams across various Locations
Developing recruiting strategies to ensure job openings are filled in a timely and cost-effective manner
Improve existing process and ensure efficiency and cost effectiveness.
Leverage the use of information systems to continuously improve analytics, forecasting, and reporting for the function.
Worked on various Projects related to Recruitment – Created Recruitment Manual from scratch, Devised post offer candidate engagement plan, various Automation projects, etc.
Align with leadership goals; understand business measures and challenges to tailor strategies to the changing needs of the business.
Attaining hiring numbers with a focus on quality and optimum channel mix
Driving recruiter productivity and efficiency
