Manage customer queries related to all services and solutions delivered includes complex customer issues diagnosing and thereby resolving and fixing Act as a conduit between customer and other teams such as engineering architecture etc for any issue resolution Provide L2L3 support to resolve hardwaresoftware issues by applying tehnical expertise
Broad outline of the Role
Experienced senior Network core engineer is needed within 3rd level support group on STP and DRA for Voice and Packet Core services. Candidates will have proven expertise in managing a network environment across numerous geographical locations. Candidate should be experienced in advanced network deployment and support in a multi-vendor environment.
Extremely strong logical skills and the ability to manage many faults and/or deployments at the same time is critical. Strong accountability, analytical, process, organizational and communication skills are a must in this role.
Unix /linux knowledge.

Operating Network – Key External
Working experience of 2G, 3G, 4GLTE/ICR/IVR/Voice technologies and basic knowledge on 5G Core.
Expert knowledge of Signaling Network Nodes (SMSC,API,).
Expert knowledge of signaling protocols SS7, SIGTRAN, Diameter, SIP, DNS, SMPP
Must have very good knowledges of Voice and Mobile technologies and knowledge on IP, CCNA, AWS certification would be preferred.
Need working experience on Linux/Unix, Scripting, Database, Restful APIs, Cloud services. Relevant certification will be preferred.
Understanding of the MVNE and MVNO services with customer interactions skills.
Sound knowledge on number portability.
