.This is an intermediary teambetween Service Desk and the next-level support teams.
.Perform deeper-level remotedesktop troubleshooting.
.Possess deeper technical desktopknowledge than Service Desk agents.
.Calls that are within resolutioncapabilities of the Level 1.5 team should be warm transferred over by ServiceDesk.
.Utilize remote control tools in accordancewith Manulife’s security policies to diagnose, troubleshoot andtrain.
.RemoteDeskside Support will provide incident and request management support to all EndUsers.
.Incidenthandling: including troubleshooting, follows incident management process.
