TBot Systems Looking for Supply Chain Analyst at Mumbai, Maharashtra, India Full Time

Tbot Systems, an IT solutions and services company, is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst to join our team in the Information Technology and Services industry. As a Supply Chain Analyst, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our company’s supply chain, ensuring that our inventory is efficiently managed and meets the needs of our customers. You will be working closely with our vendors, partners, and internal teams to ensure a seamless end-to-end supply chain process. Additionally, you will be expected to maintain a comprehensive understanding of Tbot Systems’ offerings, partnerships, and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the supply chain process, including purchasing, inventory management, and logistics.
• Monitor vendor and partner performance to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
• Analyze and assess supply chain data to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including sales and operations, to ensure that customer needs are met efficiently and effectively.
• Maintain and update inventory records and track supplier performance metrics.
• Manage import/export processes and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Create reports and deliver presentations on supply chain performance and areas for improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in supply chain management or a similar role.
• Comprehensive understanding of supply chain best practices and industry trends.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external partners.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and supply chain management software.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
