Roles and Responsibilities:
Ensure basic recommended software (Antivirus, NAC, DLP, Honeypot, etc.) are installed in the systems before joining to AD Domain.
Provide IT desktop support for a range of devices, hardware, software, network, and printers (Installation & Troubleshooting)
Plan and oversee hardware/software maintenance assessments and schedules including patching, cleaning, data recovery, upgrades and testing.
Installation of Patches and recommended software manual if not executed over scripts / SCCM.
Ensure antivirus installation, scans and monitoring and other security protocols as per required standards which includes ensuring updated AV agents with all AV components in systems.
Desktop level troubleshooting activities which includes windows and browser applications like (CERSAI, TDS, EKYC, Biometric etc.,)
User’s password unlock/reset on Active Directory
Adding systems into Domain (New & Existing if formatted for any issues)
Collaborate with other IT Teams for issue resolution, escalation and compliance as appropriate.
Installation of only valid Software (whitelisted software) recommended by TMB
Installation of agents on endpoints like SCCM\Antivirus\DLP\Honeypot\Biometric
Basic Network Level Troubleshooting (IP Address, Proxy Exception, Site list etc.)
Ensuring windows patches (OS Security / Applications are up-to-date in all systems. If patches are not getting deployed centrally via deployment tools like SCCM, manually installing the patches and required troubleshooting to be carried out. Pre-requisites / SSU needs to be checked while installing systems where patches are getting failed.
Report Generation as and when requested by TMB IT team.
Attend the assigned tickets on OTRS Tool (Ticket / CR).
Other Branch related activities which might come from time to time. Note: All such activities will involve taking the machine remotely authorized tools approved by TMB based on the calls, emails and Tickets received from Branches and Departments.
Review:
Periodic Review meeting on monthly basis with Management / AD Team. Our Bank Audit/Inspection team will visit Bidding Firms as an internal audit process.
Tracking:
Tracking of all issues (Calls, Email, Tickets) be tracked and should be maintained for future records
