Responsibilities:
· Functional over full Recruitment Life Cycle for all open positions
· Develop talent pool pipeline by discovering untapped sources of talent through creative sourcing techniques. Create and monitor job postings
· Proactive in hiring procedures, staffing priorities, recruitment strategies and forecasts.
· Deliver and execute the successful design, implementation and management of programs related to sourcing, assessing, selecting, hiring, and on-boarding for experienced and entry level hires.
. Able to deliver the organization’s revenue targets in stipulated TAT
Required Skills:
· 10 + years of recruiting experience. Capable of leading the team
· Excellent interpersonal and commutation skills.
· High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Applicant
Tracking Systems
· Proven excellence as talent acquisition and recruitment management skills: prioritizing workload, planning and organizing, demonstrating high levels of accuracy, attention to detail and professional delivery
Well versed with the US IT Staffing terminologies, models of engagement, visa types, and deployment models like W2, Corp-Corp, 1099 and visa types like Onsite/Offshore, Remote, C2C,
C2H, FTE, H1b, EAD, GC, TN Permit & OPT/CPT.
