We are looking for Presales Solution architect (.NET) who loves to chase business problems with technology solutions in the Microsoft .NET ecosystem. You will predominantly work in a presales role creating technology offerings for prospects and you will kick start consulting and strategy services to clients that are looking to build products, enterprise applications on Cloud, Web, and Mobile platforms. You will provide thought leadership for developing marketing collateral for the practice, participating in business development activities, and GTM strategy creation as part of your core responsibilities.
Core Functions:
Sales Enablement- Proactively create reference architecture for various industry needs, drive discussion with prospective customers, work with pre-sales team in building winning responses to RFP/RFQ, assist in new business opportunities.
Thought Leadership- Research and identify the latest and future trends in the industry and share thought provoking ideas and solution with internal teams and to the world at large. Use second order thinking in predicting the next offering we need to bring to the market. Active in the technology community through various channels including conferences, meetups, blogging, etc.
Build a center of excellence- Build an innovation center, design frameworks and develop new methodologies and intellectual property. Train people on the latest technologies and platforms and have open-source contributions.
Talent Development- Hire a passionate and right mix of talent. Coach, guide and mentor consultants and leaders and build a tech-savvy, high performance team and awesome culture
Must have:
Hands-on experienced with ability to provide a right solution to business challenges with latest Microsoft (.NET, Azure, M365) ecosystem
Deep technical understanding and ability to design and architect solutions independently
Experience in pre-sales skills, RFP responses and experience working with executives and C-level clients.
Ability to create fixed bid estimation that do not run into time and cost overruns.
Strong architectural and development experience with Azure cloud
Expert and persuasive communication skills (verbal and written)
Nice to Have:
Experience with other cloud platforms and open source technologies
Active on blogging, delivering webinars/tech talk, active participation in tech conference & meetups
Qualification:
10-15 years of all-around experience in a consulting environment.
Experience in all phases of a project lifecycle, from inception through deployment on large enterprise application development
Experience in architecture, solution design, and project effort and time estimation
