Job Title: Delivery Manager – IT Contract Staffing
Location:Bangalore
Years of Experience: Relevant 3 to 10 years of IT Contract Staffing delivery & Min 2 years of team-leading experience
Skills Required:
Graduate or Post-graduate with experience in Recruitment Delivery forIT Contract Staffingbusiness
Specific experience in IT or IT Contract Staffing industry involving the handling of large enterprise clients delivery of their staffing needs
Experience in handling a team of recruiters is highly preferable
Front end Client management is a must
Knowledge about the current market trends especially IT industry related to staffing services
Well-versed with the recruitment life cycle.
Manage a team of 8-10 recruiters.
Experience in client interaction is required ( JD explanation, candidate update, feedback details, positions details) and maintaining a good relationship in terms of recruitment.
Develop proactive recruitment strategies and initiatives to meet ongoing hiring needs.
Build and maintain a network of contacts to ensure a pipeline of talent is readily available.
Gathering information about candidates work experience, present and expected compensation, notice period, motivation factors, etc,
Preparing Excel Trackers with candidates list, profiles & interview schedules.
Submitting weekly reports i.e. PIVOT Tables to the Business team/ Top Management.
Interacting with clients in scheduling interviews for shortlisted candidates.
Good experience in Bulk hiring, Contract hiring, fresher hiring, Contract to hire.
Manage and continuously improve the hiring as per the client requirement, attending meetings and calls for understanding the JD.
Direct Account management skills and client relationship management skills
Proven ability to handle revenue targets and onboarding targets is a must
Strong expertise in Head Hunting, Candidate Management, and other Talent Acquisition Methodologies.
Proven expertise in building and managing large scale IT Recruiting & Staffing Operations.
Ability to meet Revenue targets & Profit targets consistently.
Thorough understanding of the entire lifecycle of Recruitment process, with proven working knowledge in client correspondence and business processing.
People management and leadership (Recruitment / Selection / Training & Development / Coaching / Conflict Management / Performance Management)
Result oriented and customer focused
Strong analytical and planning skills (Analyzing referrals / Creative thinking)
Ability to work in a diverse environment and culture
Strong network & relationship building capabilities
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills (verbal, written, listening and presentation)
Job Summary:
Manage the client and the delivery of recruitment mandates for IT services for TSIT for Pan-India clients. Grow the business of IT Contract Staffing in scale and scope with key client in the IT Services and Products industry
Handle targets on Gross Profit (Revenue), contract resource numbers (on boards)
Handle a team of more than 10 recruiters
Grow the team from existing to a large team over a short period of time
Manage the Client relationship by good account management practice and grow the business share from the key clients which are already with TSIT
Work with Delivery/Recruitment, Operations & Payroll teams to ensure new client requirements are serviced immediately and efficiently
Uphold the brand of TechStar in the market and ensure customer satisfaction
Desired Candidate profile
Min 2 years of relevant experience in a team management
Experience in delivery management, client management, and account management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organised with attention to detail
Familiar and working experience related to the employee life cycle and relegated HR Process.
Strong knowledge of HR and the ability to apply to complex organizational issues is required
