The company is looking for Technical Recruiters who will work on the following areas but not limited to:
Sourcing & Recruiting with various internet job boards such as Monster, Dice, Indeed, CareerBuilder and Bench Folks, Ladders, Tech fetch, Pro hires, Bullhorn, Zip Recruiter, 6th Sense, Conrep, contract for Geeks, and Job Diva. Social business networking sites such as Linkedin.com, Business profile sites such Zoominfo.com.
Build the Vendor Relationship and the Client Relationship through placing the right candidate at the right time.
Speaking to the candidates on the job-details, pay rates, relocations and the skill-set match and also ensures accuracy and present ability of candidates’ profile according to the position.
Prepare candidates for interviews successful according to client intelligence and also keeping of track candidate for future references.
Negotiated salaries and hourly rates, extended offers of employment.
Responsible for identifying consultants, hiring, interviewing, reference checking, negotiating terms, tracking, salary negotiations, extending offers, and closing candidates.
Hard work with confidence, commitment and perseverance with ability to give excellent quality output and result.
Interacting with Tier one Vendors and making new vendors to the company
Set up interviews and closed candidates for various positions.
Process candidates from initial contact through entire interview/placement process which includes interview scheduling and follow up.
Role was to help understand the client’s needs and streamline the complete lifecycle of Recruitment workflow in an organization.
Actively involved in marketing of consultants on bench to the tier-1 vendors.
Experienced in Internet research, internal database, referrals, networking, and other sources such as LinkedIn and other professional/social networking websites.
Strong drive for results with the ability to operate successfully in a team based environment.
Responsible for the offer process including; compensation analysis, relocation estimates, compensation recommendations, immigration processing, work visa requests, offer negotiations, candidate offer acceptance and on-board new hire submissions.
Supplied talent acquisition performance metrics and data reports to senior management
Process and manage paperwork and correspondence.
Protects organization’s value by keeping information confidential.
